Luke Wenz, Zirous Senior Solutions Architect
What are 3 words you would use to describe Zirous? “I would say fun, challenging and diverse.”
Do you have an office nickname? If so, what is it? “I don’t think I do, but we have a lot of them around the office!”
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? “I think Thai food. I like currys, pad thai…you name it. I like to have some heat with it, but not so much that you’re drinking obscene volumes of water.”
What do you like to do in your spare time? “Currently, mostly working out. I like going for jogs – we have a jogging stroller, so I can take my kids out in that to get some fresh air and exercise. Before kids, I would play disk golf a lot with friends.”
What phobias do you have? “I would not want to be in a pit of snakes!”
What is your hidden talent? “I can juggle a little bit. I was juggling oranges for the kids last week! I do like to juggle bocce balls – they’re easier, because the weight is heavier.”
What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this? “Maybe be a national park ranger [in order to] be in nature a lot. Or, a history professor.”
What do you like about what you do at Zirous? “Everyone that I work with is a lot of fun. We’re able to joke around, but we’re also great at what we do. It’s a great combination of having smart clients and smart coworkers and being able to solve challenging problems together.”
