Zirous’s Project Management Office (PMO) is proud to announce the z|kit, a formalization of what has worked over the years. A set of templates, best practices and a time tested methodology, the z|kit will help you reduce project costs and timeframes, and will ensure that deliverables meet your business needs.
The z|kit is different from other methodologies and tools, because it’s built on Zirous’s proven experience with IT projects. We’ve been in the IT consulting business since 1982, so we’ve learned the lessons for you. We recognize, though, that one project process does not fit all. Planning and Evaluation
Better estimate your project timeline using the estimating template with formulas based on our experience with project tasks.
Project Initiation
The Project Roadmap establishes and communicates common goals, key stakeholders, base requirements, responsibilities, high-level budget and timeframe.
Discovery and Requirements
Developers use Use Cases and high level architecture diagrams, created from joint work sessions with both the business and IT teams, to generate detailed project requirements.
Analysis and Design
Detailed Technical Specifications (DTS) and Data Connection Spreadsheets layout solution design specifics for all project team members, reducing confusing during later project segments.
Building

The change management log provides historical information on project changes.
