Mike has over twenty years of progressive Information System management experience with a vast understanding of both strategic and tactical solutions. Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills enable Mike to orchestrate the development, communication and execution of strategic solutions for clients’ business problems.

Doyle Freeman, Chief Technology Officer
Joined Zirous in 1987.
Doyle has worked with Oracle’s database and tools since 1993. His experience includes database design and development and implementation of client server and Web-based applications. As Chief Technology Officer, Doyle offers strategic vision when applying technology to business processes. This vision has proven to be an invaluable resource to Zirous’ clients.

Mike Spear, VP of Sales
Joined Zirous in 1993.
Since Mike joined Zirous in 1993, he has been selling Oracle software and IT solutions to Zirous’s growing client base. During his tenure, Zirous has emerged as a national leader for Oracle consulting services. Mike has spearheaded sales and marketing strategies to expand Zirous’ business practices, allowing for consistent growth both geographically and financially.

Elias Karthan, Chief Operating Officer
Joined Zirous in 2002.
Elias has over 24 years of IT experience in enterprise architecture, system architecture, application design, system integration, and system support. His broad understanding of technology and years of experience working with business users allows him to understand complex business problems and demonstrate how technology can be used to create solutions. As Chief Operating Officer, Elias is responsible for prioritizing and managing customer, employee, and organizational requirements.

John Moore, Director of Business Development
Joined Zirous in 2008.
John joined Zirous after 17 years of leading and implementing solutions for clients across a variety of industries, including financials services, legal, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and government. As part of the Zirous team since 2008, John has been able to share this experience by providing leadership and management in business development and the service delivery to our clients. In addition to being Director of Business Development, John manages the Zirous PMO to ensure that our clients are provided the right services at the right time.
