Joined Zirous in 2001.
Mike has over twenty years of progressive Information System management experience with a vast understanding of both strategic and tactical solutions. Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills enable Mike to orchestrate the development, communication and execution of strategic solutions for clients’ business problems.
Doyle Freeman, Chief Technology Officer
Joined Zirous in 1987.
Doyle has worked with Oracle’s database and tools since 1993. His experience includes database design and development and implementation of client server and Web-based applications. As Chief Technology Officer, Doyle offers strategic vision when applying technology to business processes. This vision has proven to be an invaluable resource to Zirous’s clients.
Bill Zale, Director of Operations - West Coast
Joined Zirous in 2007.
Bill has over 27 years working with information technology and has spent the past twelve years focused on Web-based technologies for internet and intranet business solutions. During this time, he led multiple Web-based development projects and spent four years as VP of Web Development at ING. Over the course of his career, Bill has established a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget, while managing client relationships and developing and maintaining the highest caliber staff. His reputation, technical knowledge and communication skills make him an excellent asset for Zirous and Zirous’s clients.
John Moore, Director of Operations - Minnesota
Joined Zirous in 2008.
John recently joined Zirous after 17 years of leading and implementing solutions for clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, law, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, insurance, and government. From his experience, John has gained expertise in the integration and implementation of several enterprise business processes and their associated information systems. In addition, John provides Zirous with the leadership and management skills required to ensure we successfully meet our clients’ demands.
Mike Spear, Director of Sales and Marketing
Joined Zirous in 1993.
Since Mike joined Zirous in 1993, he has been selling Oracle software and IT solutions to Zirous’s growing client base. During his tenure, Zirous has emerged as a national leader for Oracle consulting services. Mike has spearheaded sales and marketing strategies to expand Zirous’s business practices, allowing for consistent growth both geographically and financially.
Beth McDermott, Manager of Human Resources
Joined Zirous in 2007.
As the Human Resources Manager, Beth provides superior HR support that attracts and retains Zirous’s most valued assets: its employees. She does this by thoroughly understanding and meeting the company’s and employee’s needs. Beth partners with Zirous’s management team to find and recruit the best and brightest people. She actively works with all Zirous staff to maintain employee relations and Zirous’s prized corporate culture.
