Mike joined Zirous in 2001 holding over twenty years of progressive Information System management experience. He has a vast understanding of both strategic and tactical solutions. Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills allow Mike to orchestrate the development, communication and execution of strategic solutions for clients’ business problems.

Doyle joined Zirous in 1987. Doyle has worked with Oracle’s database and tools since 1993. His experience includes database design and development and implementation of client server and Web-based applications. As CTO, Doyle offers strategic vision when applying technology to business processes. This vision has proven to be an invaluable resource to Zirous’ clients.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Elias joined Zirous in 2002 and has over 26 years of IT experience. His broad understanding of technology and years of experience working with business users allows him to understand complex business problems and demonstrate how technology can be used to create solutions. As COO, Elias is responsible for prioritizing and managing customer, employee and organizational requirements.

Since Mike joined Zirous in 1993, he has been selling software and IT solutions to Zirous’s growing client base. During his tenure, Zirous has emerged as a national leader for IT consulting services. Mike has spearheaded sales and marketing strategies to expand Zirous’ business practices, allowing for consistent growth both geographically and financially.
DIRECTOR OF SOA AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Avi joined Zirous in 2007. He manages Zirous' SOA and Development practice which is responsible for effectively and efficiently implementing integration and Enterprise Application solutions to our clients. Avi is involved with project implementations as well as building upon Zirous' best practices and process necessary to support client projects.
DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
David joined Zirous in 2010 and has over 15 years of hands-on development experience and technical team leadership. His understanding of business issues and focus on communication allows him to guide diverse teams to solid solutions. In his role as Director of Implementation Services, he provides practice area direction and guidance regarding new technology opportunities.
Director of Project Management Office
Brandon joined Zirous in 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in information technology. As Director of the PMO he oversees and provides direction for the project management office and manages multiple client projects from inception through to completion. Brandon ensures that projects run smoothly, roadblocks are eliminated, and Zirous clients are pleased with the results of Zirous engagements.
DIRECTOR OF INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
Bruce joined Zirous in 2011. He provides leadership and direction for infrastructure services at Zirous. Aligning with our business model of solving problems, the infrastructure team ensures the platform exceeds requirements to include high availability, disaster recovery and ongoing monitoring and management.

Megan joined Zirous in 2008. As Director of Strategic Projects, she leads and manages the implementation of large-scale projects and internal strategic initiatives. She manages the allocation of company resources, works with leadership to define priorities and facilitates strategic management processes that ensure project success and drive company growth.
